“Daylin came to the hospital the day after my crash and explained everything in Spanish to my mother too. She never once made us feel rushed.”

I live where you got hurt
I'm Daylin Cepero. I grew up two blocks off West 49th Street, I sit in the same Palmetto traffic you do, and I get my cafecito at the same ventanita. When a crash or a fall takes your paycheck, you call me, and I pick up.

No recovery, no attorney's fee. Case costs such as records, filing fees and expert reports are separate, and before you sign I explain in writing who pays them if the case is lost.
Cases
Three ways people get hurt around here
Most of my clients were doing something ordinary: driving to work, buying groceries, walking to the bus. These are the cases I take.
Car crashes
Rear-endings on the Palmetto, side hits on Okeechobee Road, a driver who hit you on foot or on your bike. Drivers, passengers and people walking.
Car crash casesFalls and unsafe property
A wet floor in a store aisle, a broken step at your building, a parking lot with no lights. When an owner ignored a hazard and you paid for it.
Fall and property casesWrongful death
When a crash or a careless owner takes someone from your family. I handle the claim so you can take care of each other.

Why me
Your neighbor, with a law license
I opened my office in Hialeah because the people I grew up with kept signing with billboard firms and never meeting their lawyer.
You get my cell number. I return your calls myself, I go over every offer with you in Spanish or English, and I don't pass your file to someone you've never met. If another lawyer would serve you better, I'll tell you that too.

How it works
From the phone call to the settlement check
- 01
Step 1: You call or text
Tell me what happened. I ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether you have a case.
- 02
Step 2: I take the calls
I notify the insurers, get the police report and your records, and tell the adjusters to call me instead of you.
- 03
Step 3: You get better
Your job is your treatment. I keep track of the bills, the lost pay and how the injury changes your days.
- 04
Step 4: We decide together
When an offer comes, I walk you through it line by line. You decide whether to settle or go to court.
Clients
Clients, after the case closed
“I slipped in a store and thought it was my own fault. She showed me the leak had been reported for weeks before I fell.”
“She answered my text at ten at night when the adjuster wouldn't stop calling. That's when I knew I'd picked the right lawyer.”
Shared with permission. Every case is different, and these words don't predict the result of yours.
Questions
What people ask me before they hire me
What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. The first conversation is free, and you're under no obligation to hire me.
I don't have papers. Can I still make a claim?
Your immigration status doesn't stop you from bringing an injury claim. I only ask about it if it truly matters to your case, and what you tell me stays confidential.
The other driver's insurance called me. Should I talk to them?
You can give them your name and how to reach you. Before you give a recorded statement or sign anything, call me.
How long will my case take?
It depends mostly on your treatment. A claim can't be valued until your doctors know how far you'll recover. I give you a realistic timeline once the first records come in.
Is there a deadline to file?
Yes. Every state sets a time limit, and some claims have shorter ones. Call soon so the deadline doesn't decide for you.
Call me before you sign anything
